Heatseeker Media is a new film and TV loan facility from film producers Evan Leighton-Davis and Ben Bond.
We use our network and insider contacts to lend late-cycle development finance to established film and TV producers, from around the world.
All Heatseeker film-making partners have demonstrable track records, work with top on-screen talent, and have a slate of high-profile projects going into development and production.
Heatseeker loans become payable on the producer’s next production, regardless of what that may be. The longer the loan is out, with a maximum of 24 months, the higher the premium. In this way, the loan also incentives the producer to move into production and provides a faster ROI.

Evan Leighton-Davis
FOUNDER & PRODUCER
Evan is a film financier and producer with over fifteen years experience in the industry including Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros and Universal Studios as a script consultant and Ealing Studios as an executive.
He is also the founder of Industrial Scripts®, an industry-leading script consultancy and producer of three award-winning feature films, with a slate of projects in active development. He is also an active member of BAFTA.
Ben Bond
FOUNDER & PRODUCER
Ben has ten years of experience as an award winning screen-writer and executive producer for film and television. He has written for BAFTA winning TV drama SKINS; Bafta nominated comedy DELTA FOREVER starring Daniel Kaluuya (Skins, Get Out, Nope); and the feature film KILLING BONO for Paramount. He is currently writer and producer of drama series WHISKY WARS with director Marc Forster (WORLD WAR Z).
Ben is co-founder of Starcross Entertainment. His feature film directorial debut THE DRIFTERS premiered on Amazon (2021). He was also executive producer for THE HUNGRY (TIFF 2017) and SAY YOUR PRAYERS starring Sir Derek Jacobi and Harry Melling (2020). He lectures on the MA in screenwriting at Bristol University.
